Description

T-JTA Answer Sheets are designed to pair with T-JTA Question Booklets for offline administration of the T-JTA assessment. Respondents use these sheets to record their answers, which are later entered into the online scoring platform by T-JTA Practitioners. Practitioners use the keypad numbers 4, 5, and 6 to indicate Plus (+), Mid, and Minus (-) responses. Newly updated, the sheets are now more user-friendly for clients and easier for counselors to transcribe.
